When Refunds Are Available

• Service not delivered as described
• Significant quality issues reported within 24 hours
• Cancellation before the team arrives (as per Cancellation Policy)

Non-Refundable Cases

• Pre-existing vehicle damage not disclosed
• Customer not available at the scheduled time
• Service completed as agreed

How to Request a Refund
